- Prop. 5 Nonviolent Offenders Rehabilitation
- Prop. 6 Criminal Penalties and Laws (that Runner Initiative)
- Prop. 7 Renewable Energy
- Prop. 8 Limit on Marriage Freedom
- Prop. 9 Victims Rights and Parole
- Prop. 10 Alternative Fuels and Renewable Energy Bonds
- Prop. 11 Redistricting
- Prop. 12 Veterans Bond Act
